Synergy Essex , the Essex partnership of SERICC, Southend On Sea Rape Crisis and CARA (Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse) provides a single point of access to support all victims and survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse across Thurrock, Southend and Essex.
We continue to offer our specialist sexual violence counselling and advocacy, using telephone and online methods during the coronavirus government measures.
During this difficult time, you may want to access some of the support and resources that are available for survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
It's normal to feel anxious, upset or stressed during a crisis. We also know that survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse may be facing further challenges during this difficult time.
